Terms Of Purchase

Please read these terms carefully as they are a binding legal contract.

This is an agreement between Brand For Speakers (thereafter referred to as “WE” or ‘publisher’) and the upcoming author purchasing the book program - thereafter known as Author or “YOU”, in relation with the book to be published whereby the author will get featured - thereafter known as Book. For ease of use we will use he/his for all the contract where we refer to he/she/his/hers.

Approximate book release date: within 3 to 6 months of book program starting, based on receiving materials from you in time. We reserve the right to change this date based on various factors.

What happens after you pay: You’ll receive an email receipt shortly after purchase and your credit card statement will say:Brand For Speakers. You will receive an onboarding email within 48hrs of your payment being made with all details to get started, the logins for your online training, workshop/masterclass dates, and also your submission date terms. The email may get delayed if we are experiencing technical issues. Message us by email if you did not receive the onboarding email.

Refunds: This program has no refunds, since it is likely the program will start to get delivered immediately. You agree not to do a chargeback on the card, since if you do, an additional £300 will be invoiced to you.

Photo: Author agrees to supply a professional photo in high resolution for the book cover and social media posting if required - at his own cost. We cannot accept low-resolution / low-quality photos. We will accept one photo only. If you desire to change the photo for the book cover at a later date - we reserve the right to charge extra fees. You may ask us for details of our photographer.
Right to refuse: not everyone will get accepted in this program, since this program is designed for successful conscious entrepreneurs making a difference to their communities or worldwide. In the event we cannot accept you as part of this program - your money paid will be refunded or we will provide an exchange with another coaching or online program of similar value.

Books: There are no free books included in this program. Author is able to purchase the paperback books at cost of printing through amazon plus £2.8 per copy from the publisher, plus delivery cost. Minimum 50 books are required to be ordered per order. These books will be shipped by the publisher to the author’s given address. If books were shipped to the wrong address given by the author, the author will need to collect them from there.

Editing: Your chapter will be overviewed up to 4 times and edited once only. Should it require rewriting or multiple revisions - further fees would be incurred. *Editing: includes editing, spell check, proofreading, grammar check. Editing does not include rewrites and not ghostwriting. Once the book has been edited, the publisher will publish it as it is. If the Author keeps adding content multiple times after the book has been edited, the Author will need to get the book edited again at further cost or have the book printed as it is.

Language: the book will be published in one language only. Should it be translated in another language - further fees would be incurred by the author. Publisher will ask for approval before fees would be incurred.

Originality: Author agrees to send only original text for his book and not use any copied text from the internet or other books. Publisher has a software to check for plagiarism. Should author send plagiarised text, author will need to rewrite the entire chapter and resend original text only. Publisher will not accept AI written text for the book.

Ongoing Coaching & Support Until Your Book Gets Published By Whatsapp/Email* We don’t offer telephone calling support. All the support for this program shall be done in the manner described above, plus by WhatsApp message/email.

License to view content: You will be given access to online courses and training for personal implementation and viewing. This content must not be turned into materials for you to sell to other people, or materials to be displayed online, or materials for you to train others. You are also in breach of copyright law and contract law if you share your login details for the members area. Should you breach our copyright, you will be invoiced £25000 for copyright use without consent, released from the program and asked to remove the trainings you provided with our copyright to our people from the internet.

Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms of Purchase, our Privacy Policy, as they may be amended from time to time.

Program duration: This program is a 3.5 months program from the date the contract started. There will be a charge of £500/month for extending the program beyond 6 months - due to additional staff, coaching, accountability & revising costs.
This program includes only the coaching mentioned in the program above. Further hours/ meetings/coaching time/calls required by the author will be charged at £1250/ hour.
Package fees for the book may increase in case additional ghostwriting, editing, design and other work is required by the author. We will ask for permission before incurring such expense.

If the Author desires recurring changes to the title of their chapter, book cover photo, other charges will be incurred. By booking this program - Author accepts he will be coachable so the end result is in line with the outcome desired. 3 Minor changes are included. Any further changes will be charged £1000/change.

*Inserting Images* If the Author would like particular images, he should supply them to us at his cost and we will use them if they are in high resolution and there is space.

Opportunities: We are not obliged to find opportunities for the Author to promote the Author or his book. These opportunities are going to be available at our discretion - except the exact opportunities promised in the list above.

Payments: Author agrees to pay the full amount for the book program. Payments must be made in full in the term agreed from the signing of the form. The product, event, course or service will start or be delivered when the payment has been made in full. If the Author fails to make the payments in full, the delivery of the product, event or course described in the presentation may be delayed also until payment is made in full. Payments must be made by the means described in the form. The total payment for the entire package agreed must be paid in full in the period agreed, even if the Author decides to stop the programme for any reason at all. This fee does not include applicable taxes if any.

Delivery: The book is likely to be delivered in Author’s hand in 90 to 120 days or more from Author’s first discovery session based on the Author giving Publisher all information required in time, and the Author providing the photos & info needed for creating the deliverables and all the money for the entire programme being paid in full. The book may be delayed if the payments are delayed. The total payment for the entire package must be paid in full in the period agreed, even if the Author decides to stop the programme for any reason at all. Only minor revisions shall be done if required. Author has access to the document at all times so the Author is able to make changes in the text as they wish. Author is responsible for giving us all the written chapter and information for this book.

Copyright: Brand For Speakers will own the copyright of the book.
Author agrees to use no quotes or very limited quotes of other authors in his book and agrees to seek permission in writing from quoted authors to avoid litigation.
AUTHOR takes responsibility for the full content including using images or text or anything that has copyright belonging to someone else. AUTHOR represents that the AUTHOR is the sole proprietor of the book; the book does not infringe any existing copyright; the book has not previously been published; and to the best of AUTHOR’s knowledge, the book contains no libellous or other unlawful matter. AUTHOR shall indemnify PUBLISHER against any claim, demand, or recovery finally sustained in any proceedings brought against PUBLISHER by reason of any violation of proprietary right or copyright, or any unlawful matter contained in the book. PUBLISHER shall notify AUTHOR of any such claim, demand, or action and give AUTHOR such reasonable time as the exigencies of the situation will permit, to meet such claim or to undertake its defence. Author agrees he/she will not hold Publisher ltd, Lily Patrascu or their affiliates responsible for any print error costs, loss of business, loss of funds, any other costs associated with omissions or errors that were included in the final manuscript of the book. Author agrees the book does not violate any laws, agreements or copyright regulations. Author’s signature below signifies acceptance of full responsibility for all errors, omissions, and legal and ethical compliance in this document.

Testimonial: Author agrees to give a written and video testimonial to Lily Patrascu once the book cover is done & again at the end of doing the book & to give credit to Brand For Speakers for the work done with the books - for the book covers, the branding concept, book writing coaching, and publishing setup or any opportunities as a result of publishing & speaking.

Marketing: Author agrees publisher will add a list of recommended programs on the last pages of Author’s book. Author agrees that publisher will be able to use all Author’s book cover versions created and any art work produced for marketing publisher’s services, and if Author changes branding afterwards, publisher will still be able to use the artwork produced for Author - in order to show brand/artwork samples.

Pre - publishing approval: Author is responsible for giving publisher the correct approved version of the book chapter.The publishing of Author’s ebook & paperback book on amazon will be done one time only in black and white after Author has approved the book for publishing.After the author’s approval for the book to be published and printed, the book is considered final.If Author would like modifications to be done after having the book chapter approved by Author, then publisher will charge £1000 for reformatting the book again & £1000 for republishing the book. Author takes responsibility for all errors in the book once the book has been approved for publishing. The book will be formatted, laid out and typeset ONE time. Further formatting required will be charged £1000 per formatting.

Publishing: Book will be published by publisher on amazon in all countries at the publisher recommended price. We reserve the right to change pricing to reflect changes in marketing. The book shall be published in black and white in paperback (book cover will be in colour). The book will be published as an ebook in black and white only.

Post - publishing support: Publisher is granted the right to retain all electronic files and other preliminary materials for further use by the Author. Once the book has been published, author should email us for book reordering (minimum 50 books per every reordering) to [email protected]

Unpublishing: Should the Author desire the book to become unpublished for any reason - we will be unable to do this.

Hard copies: No hardcover publishing will be offered under this package offer.

Book copies included: There are no book copies included in any of the programmes.

Reordering copies: Author can repurchase book at cost of printing plus £2.8 per copy due to the publisher (minimum 50 books per reorder).

# Amazon Bestseller Campaign Online* - Lily Patrascu publishing team will coach the author in the strategy to become an amazon bestseller and will guarantee the book will be in the top 10 amazon bestsellers in a book category. This will work best if the author has a network to promote to, although Lily will invite her own followers to purchase the book of the author.

Confidentiality: Author agrees not to disclose, share, misuse or sell any contacts publisher may give Author to a third party, such as the list of journalists publisher may give Author to contact for his book promotion, the contact people for the book stores his book may be featured in or the contact of the photographers, designers etc publisher use, or any personal contact that publisher provide the Author. Publisher is not obliged to provide this list to the Author however.

Terms For Authors To Operate With Publisher’s Team:
Publisher Team is considered anyone working either as employee or contractor hired by Publisher - photographers, web/graphic designers, sales staff, marketing contractors, all other contractors hired by Publisher and presented/referred to Author in order to deliver the deliverables of this contract. The Publisher team represents the intellectual property of Publisher & Author agrees not to share contact details of the Publisher team to anyone.
Author agrees not to offer the Publisher team to work directly and bypass/circumvent Publisher.
Author agrees all extra work not included in this contract, related to anything, shall be negotiated with Publisher and not directly with the team of Publisher without involving Publisher.
Author agrees not to connect with the Publisher team on social media.
Author agrees not to add the Publisher team to other WhatsApp groups or social media groups.
Author agrees not to enrol or refer the Publisher team to work for other people.
The Publisher team is only introduced to the Author for the purpose of doing the tasks stated by publisher.
Author agrees not to pay Publisher staff directly for anything & to make all payments to Publisher.
Author agrees not to donate money to the Publisher team.
Author agrees not to ask the Publisher team how much they get paid.
Publisher staff is off limits in terms of anything except for all the tasks included in the contract with Publisher
Should Author desire to hire the Publisher team - ask publisher directly.
Refunds: In the event the Author does not like the book covers, artwork or book, no refunds will be given.
No refunds will be given for not liking his personal photos or for not liking the designs.

Integrity: Since this program is all about enhancing the brand of the author - and Publisher and Lily Patrascu and their association with celebrities and influential entrepreneurs could be potentially damaged by the unlawful behaviour of the author - the author agrees he or she may be removed out of the program if the author acts in a serious criminal manner or defames publisher or Lily Patrascu, for any reason. No refunds will be given in this case. The author agrees to act in integrity and to respect the law. Author will be removed from the Publisher program and no refunds provided if Author hires Publisher staff, contractors, photographers, marketing or sales team of Publisher directly and circumvents Publisher.
Usage: It is the member’s responsibility to use the sessions described in this program. Non-usage or inability to attend do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. If a member is not able to start the program for whatever reason, the member understands that they are forfeiting the right to a refund.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights used in delivering the seminar or any information given to Author online or offline by us are either owned by us or a third party supplier. Whilst delivering the seminar or the information to Author, the intellectual property rights will not be transferred or assigned to the Author. Publisher or our relevant third party suppliers will retain the title for all the intellectual property used in the seminar. Author (only one person) can use the content learnt in the seminar or learnt from us for educational or personal use. Author may not sell our intellectual property, content or the materials provided during the seminar, during online courses provided by us or during consultations with us, whether online or offline. Author may not copy or reproduce any of our seminar materials or content or services. Author may not change any of our intellectual property or materials. Author may not supply our content, intellectual property or materials to other third parties.

Consent To Electronic Notices And Other Communications: Author agrees that Author gives us permission to communicate with him by email and phone in relation to this program.
